Capital Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.06 Per Share

ROCKVILLE, Md., Jan. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capital Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBNK) (“Company”), the holding company of Capital Bank (“Bank”), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.06 per share. The dividend is payable on February 22, 2023 to shareholders of record as of February 6, 2023.
